A.kris est une jeune chanteuse d'origine antillaise aux influences éclectiques.
Née à Paris,Auteur,compositrice parfois, mais surtout interprète dans l'âme, c'est naturellement qu'elle commence dès l'âge de 12 ans à écrire ses textes. Cela a débuté par l'écriture de poèmes et par la suite a continué avec celle de chansons aussi bien en français qu'en anglais.
À partir de 2004 et ce durant 2 ans, elle a fait parti d'un groupe de chanteuses zouk rnb appelé les « diviness » composé de deux autres chanteuses, Ladyklayze et Neve.
En 2006, elle a collaboré avec un artiste nommé Guerdy sur le titre « decompress » reprenant des sonorités compa-zouk. Elle contribue depuis à faire évoluer sa musique et ses textes.
« J'aime ce qui touche de près ou de loin à la Soul que ça soit du R n'B, du RAP U.S ou du HIP HOP cependant je ne cherche pas à m'enfermer dans un style musical. J'aime beaucoup la créativité et l'originalité, c'est pour cela que j'aime mélanger les genres musicaux en utilisant des sons ou des mélanges que l'on entend rarement tant que ces mélanges restent dans une optique artistique et aux goût de l'artiste qui les interprètes »
« Cependant j'ai eu l'occasion d'approcher le monde du zouk à travers le groupe dont j'ai fait parti et dont le genre musical était plus basé sur le zouk R' n B. J'ai aimé chanter et travailler sur ce genre musical, celui-ci étant en relation avec mes origines antillaises »

Born in Paris, Author, composer sometimes, but especially interpreter in the soul, it is naturally that she begins from the age of 12 years to write her texts. It began with the writing of poems and afterward continued with that of the songs as well in French as in English.

I like very much the creativity and the originality, it is for it that I like mixing musical genres by using sounds or mixtures which we rarely hear as long as these mixtures stay in an artistic optics and in taste of the artist who interpret them "
